Are you a licensed Greek vendor?
Yes. Being a licensed vendor means we're officially approved to use your organization's colors, fonts, crest, and logo. It also means every composite goes through a strict review and approval process by Nationals, and we're held to higher standards on everything from contract terms to delivery timelines. Your organization is protected.
Are your photographers background checked?
Every photographer we send is professionally trained and background checked. When our team comes to your campus or organization, you can trust that your members are in safe, professional hands.
Can I choose the colors and design of my composite?
Absolutely. You can upload a photo of a previous composite design and we'll match it, or start from scratch and build something completely custom. Colors, fonts, and layout are all your choice and completely up to you.
Can faculty and staff be included on the composite?
Yes. Faculty, staff, and administrative teams can be included depending on your composite layout and school requirements. We’ll work with your team to ensure everyone who should be recognized is properly represented.
Can we add additional photographers or services?
Yes. While our base package includes one photographer, additional photographers and upgraded services are available for an added fee. Contact us to discuss your event's specific needs. Contact us.
Can we customize our composite design?
Absolutely. If you have an existing composite design you love, we can match it. Consistency matters, and we get that. Prefer something new? Use our design tool to build your own and get a custom quote today.
Can we submit our own photos?
Absolutely. If your group already has headshots or photos you love, our "Submit Your Own" package lets you send them to us and we'll build a professional composite around them. Same quality, same warranty.
Can we submit our own photos?
Yes. Whether someone missed their appointment or you already have professional headshots you'd like to use, we're happy to work with what you have. Our goal is always full representation on the composite.
Do we get to approve the design before it goes to print?
Always. You'll work one on one with a dedicated designer, request as many revisions as you need, and sign off on the final proof before anything goes to print. We want you to love it.
Do you travel to our campus or location?
Yes! We come to you. It’s convenient and comfortable. We provide a complete studio setup with lights and all necessary equipment to photograph your group on-site at your school, chapter house, or event location.
Do you offer digital composites?
Absolutely! In addition to traditional printed and framed composites, we also provide digital versions that are easy to share, post, and archive. These digital options are perfect for groups that do not have a designated location to display a large framed composite and would also make a great addition to your website.

How far in advance should we book?
We have limited availability for events, so we recommend reaching out 6 to 12 months in advance to secure your date. The earlier the better, especially for large annual conventions.
How does the process work?
We start with a quick conversation to make sure we're a good fit. From there, we help you schedule a photo date, work with you on the design details, and walk you through proof approval before your composite is built and delivered. Learn more about our process.
How long does delivery take?
Every composite comes with a 30 business day delivery guarantee, and we work with you upfront to make sure your composite arrives when you need it. Before graduation, before your event, whatever your timeline requires. Just let us know your target date and we'll make it happen.

What is a composite?
A composite is a collection of member photos, similar to a yearbook page — professionally designed, printed, and typically displayed in a chapter house or common area. Newer technology has also opened the door to digital display options for groups without a dedicated space.
What is covered under the lifetime warranty?
Our lifetime warranty covers manufacturing and material defects including construction issues that affect the structural integrity or appearance of your composite. If a qualifying defect is discovered, we will repair or replace the composite at our discretion. The warranty applies to composites produced and serviced within the United States and is valid for the operational lifetime of our company. File a warranty claim.
What's included in a day of coverage?
Each day includes up to eight hours of professional photography covering every aspect of your event — speakers, awards, banquets, breakout sessions, board members, and more. Digital files are included, and we can provide social media sneak peeks throughout the day upon request.
What kinds of organizations do you work with?
We work with Greek fraternities and sororities, university programs, bands, service organizations, and professional clubs. If your group needs a composite, we've almost certainly done it before. Don't see your organization? Contact us, we'd love to work with you.

When will my gallery be available?
Your gallery is typically ready within a week of your photo session, sometimes sooner. You'll receive an email notification as soon as it's live. Once your gallery is available, you'll have three days to select your pose for the composite, so keep an eye on your inbox.
Will my photos be retouched?
Yes. Every portrait receives natural retouching, including blemish reduction, shine control, and color correction, so you look your best while still looking like yourself. Have a special request? Chat, call, or contact us!
What products are available in my gallery?
We offer professional portrait prints in a variety of standard sizes, including 8x10, 5x7, 4x6, and wallets, as well as digital downloads. Package options are also available for great value. All prints are produced in-house at our lab.
How do I find my gallery?
You'll receive an email notification with a link to your personal gallery once your photos are ready. You can also use the gallery search tool on this page to look up your photos using your barcode/gallery ID from your session.
Can I order more than one pose?
Absolutely. If multiple poses were captured during your session, they will all be available in your gallery for you to browse and order from.
